About Me:
It is never too late to get healthier and into better shape…I am proof of that. In 2003, I was 50+ pounds overweight weighing 256 lbs. In 2007, on my 50th birthday, (yes, I said 50th), I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding contest. I've been able to maintain my conditioning. I currently weigh 185 lbs with 8% body fat and today I am in the best condition of my life!
